Crepes with Honey and Walnuts
Is there anyone who doesn’t love crepes? You can make them even at 4am.
Serving – 20 crepes
4 large size eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
To make the crepe mixture add all the ingredients in a blender and mix for 15 min. once the mixture is ready leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight so you have the mix ready for Sunday morning breakfast.
