Shepard Style Scrambled Eggs

The succulent chunked tomatoes, mixed with the flamed taste of the roasted red peppers soften the distinguish savor of feta cheese. When gently folded with heavy cream and whisked eggs it elevates this rustic dish to the desire of the “nobles”.

Serving 2

1 roasted red bell pepper
1 cup canned chunked tomatoes
3 eggs, whisked with pinch of salt
3 tablespoons heavy cream
¼ lbs feta cheese
fresh parsley for garnish
