Buhti

Buhti was a favorite breakfast. My cousin liked them with sour cherry jam, my brother with apricot jam. I like them dipped in honey.

6 oz. yogurt
4 oz. sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups flour
