Guveche – Baked Eggs with Feta Cheese and Oven-roasted Cherry Tomatoes


Traditional Bulgarian dish.

For 4 servings:

1 lbs Bulgarian Feta cheese
4 eggs
8 slices ¼” thick ham
1 julienned (cut into stripes) roasted red bell pepper
5 mushrooms
12 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
